No two sessions I take are ever the same. Getting to know you and what's most important to you is the key to my entire process. My goal for our time together is not just to create pretty photos for social media or to send out as a holiday card (though you're always welcome to!), but rather to honour this season of your lives, and create heirlooms that will take you right back to this moment.
I put a lot of energy into the planning process to make sure the session we plan feels like the real you. That way I'm able to show up and be fully present, and you can do the same. Planning will be a joint creative effort - I love texting/voice-noting with my clients, dreaming, brainstorming, and mood boarding.

A Note on Investment: Because I believe storytelling is so important, my sessions are all inclusive. I take on fewer clients so that I'm able to put more energy into the planning process, the session itself, and the editing. My sessions are an investment, but you're investing in a photographer who is invested in you and the process. My pricing is based on skill and demand.
Trust is so Important: getting to know you and creating a space where you feel comfortable to be your unfiltered self makes all the difference in the images we'll capture together.
My Approach is Organic: we'll plan our session so that when the time comes we'll be able to let things unfold naturally. We'll let things be messy and imperfect, and you'll be so focused on the moment you'll forget I'me even there.

Your Questions
I offer short booking seasons throughout the year. Once notified of my books opening, start by sending me a message telling me a little about yourself and why you're drawn to my style of photography. If we're a fit, I will offer options for session dates/times, and send an invoice and contract. A non refundable deposit is required within 24 hours to hold the session date/time. Once the session is confirmed, we will start planning all the details!
01. WHAT IS THE BOOKING PROCESS?
The full gallery is delivered 3-4 weeks after our session. All photos are delivered via online gallery with the option to download for social media sharing and in high resolution for printing.
It is the client's responsibility to ensure their photos are downloaded, backed up, and safely stored within 30 days of receiving the gallery.
02. WHEN AND HOW WILL WE GET OUR PHOTOS?
It varies depending on the session, but I generally deliver a minimum of 60 images. My priority is telling your story, so my sessions are all inclusive (meaning you will not need to purchase images over a certain limit.)
I do not provide RAW files.
03. HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL I RECEIVE?
If there's a slight distraction in the photo (such as boogers or lint) then I'll remove it, but otherwise the photos will be a true representation of things as they are!
04. DO YOU RETOUCH PHOTOS?
A couple of times a year I'll offer shorter studio sessions exclusively to my current clients. Outside of that its full sessions only. My style of photography requires us to take our time, and mini sessions simply don't allow for that. My sessions are also activity based, so keeping little ones engaged isn't as challenging as it would be in a traditional session.

If we can make it work schedule wise, then absolutely! Additional travel fees apply for locations over 1.5 hours from my home. Travel fees can be split if there's more than one booking in a travel location.
